The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key role responsible for supporting the key elements of our compensation and long-term incentive (equity) programs. This role involves conducting comprehensive market research, ensuring alignment between executive pay and company goals, and maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Senior Compensation Analyst may provide consultation to senior executives and Human Resources, oversee the preparation of compensation data for Senior Leadership, and will manage the salary survey process. This role reports to the SVP, Total Rewards and HR Operations and will work closely with the Compensation team, Human Resources Operations, and leadership across Epsilon.

What You'll Achieve

• Develop and manage compensation plans and programs for the organization.
• Conduct market research to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation packages including executive.
• Ensure alignment between executive pay and company performance, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the salary survey process and evaluate market data.
• Oversee the administration of equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units, and other equity-based awards. Will develop and conduct training on these programs.
• Assist with tax matters related to executive compensation and equity administration, either directly or through outside consultants.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and equity administration.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
