Senior Associate - Solution Architect - Salesforce Data Cloud

The Data Cloud Solution Architect plays a key role in designing, architecting, and delivering Salesforce Data Cloud-driven solutions, with a strong focus on data architecture, integration, and martech enablement. This role is responsible for ensuring that Data Cloud solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with clients’ business objectives while also supporting pre-sales consulting efforts and broader data strategy discussions.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Data Cloud and enterprise data ecosystems, combined with experience in marketing and customer engagement technologies. They will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that enable organizations to unify, activate, and optimize customer data while leveraging Salesforce and adjacent technologies.

• Support Salesforce Data Cloud functional implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, best practices, and feasibility
• Translate business needs into functional requirements as user stories & define acceptance criteria
• Communicate requirements context with the development team
• Knowledge of data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation strategies, leveraging best practices
• Facilitate discovery & requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Develop process diagrams & customer journey maps
• Create any required documentation and training guides
• Experience with MCI requirements documentation, dashboard concepts and dashboard development

• Proven experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Martech architecture, including designing data-driven customer engagement solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and related technologies.
• Understanding of data models, data integration, and identity resolution activities.

• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Salesforce Data Cloud and AI Specialist certifications.
• A strong understanding of Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud (suite) and their operations within Salesforce and the broader enterprise ecosystem is mandatory.
• Ability to leverage data and AI to drive decision-making and deliver innovative client solutions.

Pay Range: $102,000- $153,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
