Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to manage Tier 2 clients, lead end-to-end retail production, and ensure seamless client service. This role requires a strong understanding of production workflows, project management, and Retail offers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with regional directors and field marketing teams to gather localized asset needs and ensure accurate execution
- Lead the production and delivery of multi-media marketing assets (print, digital banners, email, social, signage, POS kits, etc.)
- Translate national brand guidelines into local-market ready toolkits that support field execution
- Support the planning and execution of localized and franchisee-led campaigns under national brand direction
- Manage all stages of GTM material development, from creative versioning and proofing to final production and distribution
- Troubleshoot issues related to production, delivery, or field adoption, advancing when necessary
- Collaborate with T1 and T2 (creative, planning, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Be responsible for cross-functional collaboration between creative, production, and strategy teams
- Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and client expectations across formats and channels
- Mentor junior account team members and help standardize production workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in account or project management, preferably in retail marketing, shopper marketing, or agency production
- Strong client service skills, with the ability to collaborate with regional leaders and field teams across multiple locations
- Familiarity with go-to-market planning and completing regional rollouts under national brand standards
- Meticulous with strong organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of production specs, print formats, and versioning processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Smartsheets, and project management tools
