Overview

Zenith is hiring for a Planner, Media Operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Perform regular plan updates to Media Tools to ensure plan details match SBU documents (digital workbooks, TV schedules, OOH grids), ensuring a high level of accuracy
    • Understanding of what requirements are needed for each channel
    • Working with Strategy to resolve any discrepancies
    • QAing inputs
  • Completely monthly actualizations across all channels ensuring a high level of accuracy
    • Working with SBUs to resolve any discrepancies
    • QAing inputs
  • Create/update/route monthly media authorizations (MAFs) to internal teams, ensuring details in the MAF match what is in Media Tools
    • Filing of MAFs as they come in
  • Assist with QA across Media Tools during monthly budget submissions
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all financial documents and data entries are accurate and up to date
  • Managing calendar reminders to the internal teams
  • The ability to rock the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (where filtering, pivoting, and charts and graphs building are key)
  • Participate in team meetings to understand what’s happening on the account and applying that knowledge to day-to-day tasks
  • Become a resource for Media Tools questions and solutions
  • Supporting the overall team in ensuring Media Tools is as current as possible
  • Any ad hoc work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / advertising highly preferred
  • 1 years of experience in media planning, media operations, or media buying
  • Strong knowledge of and skill using MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of and experience using Media Tools (Guideline)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and/or media planning principals a plus
  • Proven ability to work successfully both within a team and independently  
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively prioritize work and manage time and projects
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
  • Possess an analytical skillset
  • Ability to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Naturally curious, comfortable asking questions if inputs seem off
  • Resourceful when it comes to solving problems, digs in before asking questions
  • Comfortable searching through data to find answers
  • Solutions oriented

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $62,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
