Overview

CJ's Talent team is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director to lead our people initiatives across global offices! If you're passionate about shaping a vibrant culture and advancing people practices, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll be instrumental in managing day-to-day Talent functions, driving impactful programs, and empowering our teams around the world. 

 

Hybrid Role- 3 days a week in CJ office location.

 

Responsibilities

What You'll Do: 

  • Be a Visionary: Develop and execute innovative talent strategies that align with our goals and boost employee engagement. 
  • Lead the Charge: Oversee internal communications, performance management, compliance, and talent development within our matrix organization. 
  • Consult & Collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor, focusing on strategic talent planning, development, and HR strategy improvements. 
  • Empower Growth: Champion talent programs like leadership development, performance management, and employee recognition to elevate our team. 
  • Champion Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and investigations to keep risks at bay and maintain a thriving workplace. 
  • Foster Relationships: Build strong connections across all levels/across all business functions and provide awesome client service to ensure every employee has a great experience. 
  • Data-Driven Action: Use HR data to craft actionable plans, partnering with leadership to turn insights into reality. 
  • Navigate HR Landscape: Offer guidance on policies, benefits, and quickly tackle any HR issues that come your way. 
  • Stay Agile: Keep a flexible mindset to thrive in our fast-paced environment where projects and initiatives evolve rapidly. 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 

 

  • 7 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role where you've made a significant impact. 
  • Employer experience in an Agency or Technology company
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable engaging at all levels.
  • A detail-oriented, self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and thrives under pressure. 
  • A problem-solving guru who's always ready to go the extra mile. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.

Compensation Range: $95,950- $137,865 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
