Associate Director, Data Intelligence Analytics

The Data Intelligence Team at Publicis Media is dedicated to driving growth and efficiency in research and analytics solutions. We are seeking a dynamic manager with the ability to understand and assess the ever-changing landscape of analytics, measurement and AI technology. This role requires strong communication skills, a strong sense of curiosity, and a self-starter mentality

• Vendor Intelligence: Field RFIs to various analytics vendors, summarize and compare their offerings, and provide results that can be used across agencies to support client questions and potential organic growth. Manage the vendor contact information as needed. 
• Analytics Consultation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to advise best practices and the emerging analytics methodologies and tools that address client challenges in marketing investment and communication.
• Thought Leadership: support the delivery of POVs and thought leadership content on measurement, AI/ML, and analytics for both the agency and clients. Support the publication of the Publicis Analytics Newsletter by collaborating with measurement SMEs worldwide.
• Strategic Planning: Support client leads and new business teams in defining a go-to-market strategy for analytics solutions to drive agency growth and support RFI/RFP responses.
• Community Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration within the Publicis Data Intelligence community, actively participating in global data intelligence monthly calls and engaging in SME group discussions.
• Ad Hoc Analytics Support: Provide support to the agency on various ad hoc analytics questions and projects.

• Experience: 5 years in analytics or data strategy within an advertising agency, management consulting, ad tech company, or a similar role on the client side.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience in econometric methodology and time-series modeling techniques; knowledge of AI/ML principles and modern statistical methods.
• Measurement Solutions: Prior experience in advanced analytics in measurement solutions such as MMM, MTA, and experimental design, with a deep understanding of their applications.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in an ambiguous environment, with a learning mindset and passion for staying abreast of the rapidly changing media and analytics landscape.
• Communication: Superior oral and written communication skills, experienced in engaging with clients' senior leadership regularly. Ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across different countries and cultural backgrounds.

Compensation Range: $110,580 - $158,865 annual base salary. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
