Our team is looking for an Analyst, who will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and on-going support of a data driven software platform. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously, including both enhancements as well as new project development. The candidate must be a self-starter with a commitment to quality and professionalism and understands sense of urgency.

Compensation Range: $55,765.00 - $85,878.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 5/17/26.

Our team is looking for an Analyst, who will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and on-going support of a data driven software platform. Responsibilities
- Write ETL packages and database code based on business requirements or user stories, architectural requirements, and existing code.
- Assemble large, complex sets of data using AWS and SQL technologies.
- Responsible for system performance of the data tier and the reliability of data feeds across the entire solution.
- Work as part of the data processing team and on performance tuning and optimization and code optimization.
- Estimate and plan development work, track and report on task progress, and deliver work on schedule.
- Create rigorous and systemtic documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Solid ETL Experience using various tools: Altyrex, AWS Glue, etc.
- Advanced SQL coding (1 years), tuning and query optimization, especially within cloud-based data warehouses.
- At least one year experience with Python.
- Excellent communication skills. Must have an advanced proficiency level in English. Ability and comfort with presenting work by phone or within small groups.
- Excellent customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understand their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter with strong ability to multitask projects/tasks effectively.
- Digital media experience, particularly experience working in ad tech industry with a data-centric role plus.
