The Texas Energy Fund (TxEF) Division is seeking a TxEF Program Specialist, a position responsible for performing highly complex administrative and operational support for the Texas Energy Fund (TxEF) division that ensures the smooth execution of program activities. Work involves reviewing grant and loan payment requests and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance, coordinating across legal, financial, vendor, and program teams, supporting application intake and documentation processes, maintaining program records and data systems, and assisting with scheduling, logistics, reporting, and stakeholder communications to support overall program efficiency and accountability.
