This role serves as a peer leader, coordinating frontline activities, modeling service excellence, and fostering a goal-driven, coaching-oriented culture. The Lead works closely with staff delivering employment services, helping ensure smooth operations and consistent participant engagement.
The Site Lead contributes to high-quality service delivery for diverse populations including veterans, justice-involved individuals, long-term unemployed, and low-wage workers. This role promotes WRO’s mission by supporting soft skills development, vocational training, and career advancement strategies, while assisting in the implementation of innovative programming and social enterprise initiatives.

Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate daily workflows across coaching, case management, and administrative functions, ensuring timely service delivery and a welcoming site environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff questions and client needs, escalating issues to the Senior Manager as appropriate.
- Model best practices in employment coaching, resume development, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- Support barrier reduction efforts by helping staff and clients identify challenges and connect to internal and external resources.
- Assist with scheduling, service coordination, and maintaining program documentation standards.
- Contribute to participant engagement by supporting walk-in services, facilitated sessions, and outreach activities.
- Help monitor program data and share observations with the Site Supervisor to inform continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration across teams and partner agencies through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Participate in employer engagement efforts and community partnerships to expand resource access and employment opportunities.
- Support enhanced programming through workshop facilitation, curriculum feedback, and strategic input.
- Assist with site-level logistics such as invoice preparation, event setup, and remote site coordination under Senior Manager’s guidance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
