What you will do?
- Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve HVAC system issues
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
- Engage with customer/client to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
- Educate customers on system care, offering recommendations for improving performance and preventing future issues
What you need:
- Must have an EPA License
- TDLR License (preferred)
- Minimum 1 years as a HVAC Service Technician
- Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
- Physical dexterity
Physical Work Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
- Activities involve attics and crawl spaces, being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in heat temperature and humidity occur daily.
