What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auction House Mover / Loader position at Public Sale Auction House?
We are seeking a physically fit, hardworking Mover / Loader to join our auction team. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Lead Mover. You will handle the safe transport, loading, and setup of unique auction items.
Key Responsibilities
Heavy Lifting: Move furniture, art, collectibles, and heavy auction lots.
Loading & Unloading: Safely pack and unpack transport trucks and vans.
Auction Setup: Arrange items on the showroom floor for viewings and sales.
Teamwork: Assist the lead mover with daily logistics and client pickups.
Teamwork: Assist photographer with cleaning and arranging items.
What We Are Looking For
- Stamina for a demanding physical job.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
- Great care when handling fragile items.
- Reliable, punctual, and strong team player.
- Valid driver’s license.
