Member Service Agent (Full-Time)

We currently have an opportunity for a Full-Time Member Service Agent to join our team. This position serves members through our Contact Center and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), helping members with transactions, account services, digital banking support, and financial solutions while delivering an exceptional service experience.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding service during every member interaction.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist members with account inquiries and service requests.
  • Perform virtual teller transactions through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
  • Assist members with digital banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, and bill pay.
  • Support debit and credit card services, including card maintenance and dispute-related processes.
  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance requests.
  • Identify member needs and recommend appropriate Credit Union products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Credit Union's systems and CRM.
  • Support operational activities, reporting, and departmental procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to support member needs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, exercise initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Previous contact center, teller, or financial institution experience.
  • Experience supporting digital banking platforms or financial services products.

The Details

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Generally 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour and up based on experience
Location: 2800 E. 14th Street, Kansas City, MO 64127

This is an onsite position and is not eligible for remote work.
