About the role

The Public Policy Institute of California is dedicated to informing and improving public policy in the state through nonpartisan research on a range of topics. PPIC seeks a creative, energetic digital content manager to join our communications team on a temporary basis to cover an upcoming parental leave (mid-September through May 2027). • Choose images for use in published reports, ensuring visuals are high quality, relevant, and consistent with PPIC's style and brand.

• Ideal candidates would be able to shoot and edit high quality short-form social video that promotes PPIC research.

Performance Tracking and Optimization

• Monitor key metrics across social media to track the impact of digital content and campaigns.

• Track and report out on metrics for social campaigns tied to major reports, events, and organizational priorities.
