Compensation

Base Pay: Guaranteed $20 per hour, plus performance-based incentives (non-commission). 

Benefits are available after 3 months of full-time employment (see details below).

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
 Typical Shift Times:  8-hour shifts between the hours of 10:00 am – 9:00 pm, weekdays & weekends
 Minimum Availability Required: 24 hours per week

What you’ll do

As a Fundraiser, you will:

• Have real, face-to-face conversations with people
  
  

• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and care
  
  

• Educate the public about social, environmental, and humanitarian causes
  
  

• Help secure long-term, sustainable monthly support
  
  

• Work toward clear daily and weekly goals
  
  

• Receive ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship
  
  

You’ll spend your day out in public spaces, talking with people – not sitting behind a desk.
