Location: Boulder, CO

Pay: $20/hr guaranteed (not commission) performance bonuses

Schedule: Tues-Thurs 11am-6pm, Fri-Sun 10am-5pm | Flexible | Year-round

About the Role

Public Outreach fundraisers help power the nonprofits leading the fight for environmental protection, human rights, humanitarian aid, reproductive freedom, LGBTQIA equality, and more. Every conversation you have helps sustain long-term change.

This is meaningful, active, community-rooted work where your energy directly fuels progress.

As part of our face-to-face fundraising team, you will:

• Engage people face-to-face about causes they care about

• Inspire monthly support for high-impact nonprofits

• Work outdoors in rotating locations

• Be active, social, and on your feet

• Receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship

• Every day is different, and you’re never doing it alone.

You don’t need experience. You do need:

• Passion for activism, social change, and environmental justice

• 18 years old

• Experience in customer service, theatre, retail, campus organizing, or canvassing is a plus.
