At Public Outreach, we believe in the power of passion! Since 2002, we have been partnering with some of the most inspiring nonprofit organizations, including but not limited to Amnesty International, the Sierra Club, and Oxfam, to carry out their impressive work. Whether it’s fighting for climate justice, providing medical aid in disaster zones, or protecting reproductive freedoms, we’re raising the funds needed to support life-changing campaigns. 

This is your chance to be the face of change! You’ll engage directly with the Boston community to help raise funds for causes that matter.

The guaranteed starting wage is $20/hr, with bonus potential! We believe in a non-commission-based pay structure, so you don’t have to worry about your paycheck. This means you can focus on what matters most: raising money for life-changing causes.

What you offer:

18 or older and authorized to work in the United States

Flexible availability

A minimum commitment to 4 shifts/week or 32-40 hrs/week

Enjoys being outdoors

A charismatic personality and positive attitude

Social butterflies and people with experience in stage work, acting, or improv are a plus!

Team players who love a challenge are 100% welcome!

Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with people from all walks of life

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Excited to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Previous customer service, sales, or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required!
