Role Description We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented, and motivated Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team at a retail sales brokerage. This is an on-site position based in Robinson Township/Pittsburgh area. This position plays a key role in supporting client operations, managing data, and ensuring accuracy across order and product processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process client orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, update, and maintain forms, spreadsheets, and reports
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations
