Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Westerville, OH. The Administrative Assistant will provide support with various clerical and administrative tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining records, answering phone calls, and assisting with correspondence. The role will require excellent organizational skills and professional communication to support the organization’s daily operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, file organization, and office operations
- Proficient Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Administrative Assistance experience is desirable for managing tasks and supporting leadership effectively
- Attention to detail, efficient time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with standard office software and tools
- Experience with website updates and social media is preferred
- Previous experience in similar administrative roles is preferred
Hours and Info
- Schedule hours of work will be Monday through Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Pay range: $17.00 - $19.00 based on experience.
