Public Allies Arizona is a transformative AmeriCorps program based in Phoenix and Tucson, dedicated to developing emerging leaders committed to community impact. Spanning 10 months, the program offers paid nonprofit internships with Partner Organizations to create sustainable change. Open to individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, Public Allies Arizona emphasizes inclusivity, leadership, and collaboration. It empowers participants to acquire hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to the communities they serve.
Role Description
The Public Ally role involves a full-time position based on-site in Phoenix or Tucson. Core responsibilities include working directly with nonprofit Partner Organizations to increase their capacity to address pressing community needs and advance their mission. You will also engage in leadership development training, participate in cross-sector partnerships, and contribute to impactful community initiatives.

- are either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
