Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food storage and preparation spaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during peak hours.
- Support banquet operations by preparing food items for events as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary role is preferred but not required.
