Precision Planting is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Inventory team. This is a crucial role that will be responsible for completing cycle counts, doing aisle audits, and helping with inventory discrepancies and reconciliations to ensure overall inventory accuracy.
Your Impact
This position will pay within the range of $36,212-$50,000, based on experience.

This position is based in a warehouse/distribution environment where temperature may very. This role is fast-paced and physically active, requiring regular lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Team members must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while following all safety procedures. Some overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.

- Utilize the Warehouse Management System on a computer to view and change inventory during the auditing and discrepancy processes
- Analyze current processes and systems and recommend changes to maximize efficiencies
- Collaborate with peers and business partners to maximize efficiency through workflow and inventory management to strategize best practices
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Scale preferred
