We're currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will supervise our team of Warehouse Associates and assist them with ensuring that the right product is delivered on-time with superior accuracy. You will report to & coordinate with the Branch Manager on maintaining operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in a distribution environment.

This position is based in our La Palma, CA facility, so only candidates residing in the Northern Orange County area will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach Warehouse Associates.
- Assist in resolving any customer or team related issues.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) and complete cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Experience operating a forklift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
- Work effectively & efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift (we will provide training)
- Proficient use of a computer
