Our Inventory Managers work onsite at our customers manufacturing facilities and ensure that our tool & MRO industrial vending machines are always stocked with the products our customers need. This is an entry level role, so this is a great opportunity to learn the tool & MRO business and establish relationships with your assigned customers.

Position Responsibilities

• Interact and follow-up with customers on core job responsibilities and respond to customers inquiries.
• Receives customer orders via telephone, mail, e-mail, fax, or from the Account Manager
• Follow order policies & processes for consignment inventory and deliver, stock, and issue customers products
• Coordinate with team members to assist with sourcing products outside of core product line
• Utilize inventory software to add item descriptions and bin locations for crib
• Develop product knowledge in order to effectively support customers
• Regularly perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy of crib/shop floor inventory
• Prepare, review, and distribute reports as required to ensure prompt delivery of product and customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years experience in a manufacturing company is desired.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Requires attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills and ability to handle multiple situations at one time.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel.
• A good driving record
