We're currently looking for a Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will lead the operations of our Tukwila, WA branch and provide oversight & guidance to our team of branch associates who are helping our neighbors find the right tool for the job.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for branch performance, including customer service, warehousing, maintenance, and customer relations
• Assist customers with orders, quotes, changes, and returns; Accurately respond to requests via phone, email, and sales counter
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to establish and maintain stocking levels that meet local customer requirements
• Assist with the resolution of escalated customer and service issues
• Supervisory responsibility for branch team members, including hiring, training, performance management, etc.
• Plan and organize the team's tasks & work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives
• Understand, support, and communicate company objectives, policies, and procedures to branch staff
• Act as a backup for all positions within the branch when necessary
• Advise team members and customers on e-commerce services
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Required Experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

• Ability to quickly build relationships with employees and customers
• Inside Sales and/or Warehouse Supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
• Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
• Proficient use of a Windows computer, Microsoft Office & Teams
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
• Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
• Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift (we will provide training)
  
  

The Most Qualified Candidates Will Have

• Experience using ERP software
• Knowledge of cutting tools & machine shop supplies
• Supervisory experience in a B2B sales environment
