🚨 Hiring: Visual Experience Designer I
📍 Locations: Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL — Hybrid
⏳ Duration: 6 Months Possible Extension
We are looking for a Visual Experience Designer to support a Visual Experience Design team with analytics, reporting, executive communications, dashboards, presentations, graphics, and usability improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop visual design solutions for digital and business initiatives
• Create engaging, on-brand presentations, graphics, dashboards, and reports
• Support PowerPoint and Power BI visualization projects
• Apply design principles including typography, composition, color theory, and accessibility
• Create prototypes and user-centered design deliverables
• Collaborate with analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency
• Identify UX/design issues and recommend improvements
• Support executive-facing and business-critical deliverables
Required/Preferred Skills:
✅ Visual/Graphic Design & UX principles
✅ PowerPoint presentation design
✅ Power BI / Dashboard Design
✅ Typography, composition, color theory & accessibility
✅ User-centered design and interaction design
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality control
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Experience with web, mobile, or application design is a plus
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User-Centered Design, HCI, or equivalent education/experience.
