🔎 About the Role
As a Legal Specialist, you will play an essential part in our legal support operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing legal orders such as garnishments, child support, and tax liens, as well as assisting with on-campus support initiatives. You’ll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external agencies while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Review and process legal documents and orders related to garnishments, child support, and tax liens
- Ensure compliance with federal and state legal regulations
- Communicate professionally with clients/customers via phone
- Provide on-campus support as needed
- Apply critical thinking to analyze cases and resolve issues
- Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold high attention to detail

Required Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of legal regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience reviewing legal documents and speaking with clients/customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a law office, attorney’s practice, or court environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven time-management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
