Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic Houston team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client and candidate relationships, and supporting workforce delivery across the Oil & Gas industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-performing environment, with access to the resources and global network of the Morson Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and the internal database.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes in partnership with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with other Recruitment Advisors and Account Managers across PTS Advance and Morson Group to share best practices and optimize delivery.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment activities.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders and clients on recruitment metrics and progress.
Experience:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably within the energy, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Experience working on contract / interim vacancies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS/recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
