Our client, a major refinery in Artesia, NM, is currently looking for a Drafter to join their Engineering team.
Long-term Contract | Onsite position | 9/80 schedule
Pay Rate: $28 to $32, based on experience
Job Summary: Conducts routine design assignments for the Engineering Department under limited supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in developing CAD standards
- Maintains drawings and drawing systems
- Possess a good knowledge of industry standards
- Performs design and drafting assignments related to the refineries
- Monitors outside contractor drawing compliance
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of job related experience - Willingness to learn.
- Some special training related to Drafting & Design is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
Salary : $28 - $32
