Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business counterparts to identify optimal solutions and communicate effectively with peers.
- Coordinate and assist the Development Team with application support, including quarterly releases, defect resolution, and change management.
- Work across cross-functional domains such as Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security to ensure proper engagement of the development team in architecting, building, and supporting application architecture and integration.
- Document the integration of multiple systems (new and legacy) while addressing the needs of cross-functional teams or product portfolios.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their functional requirements.
- Define, develop, and review technical specifications.
- Stay updated on technology trends and developments.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Systems, Product, or Business Analyst (or similar role).
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a solution delivery environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in the Electric Utilities industry.
- Experience with large, complex enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, and VB.
- Knowledge of databases, system security, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, etc.).
