We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who excels in both design and research, with the ability to translate business needs into intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design and front-end development initiatives
- Conduct user research, usability analysis, and gather insights
- Build user flows, journey maps, and wireframes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Apply strong emotional intelligence to facilitate collaboration and decision-making
- Utilize design and collaboration tools such as Lucid Spark, Figma, Google Suite, Jira
- Work within modern design languages and frameworks
- Design using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) principles and components
🔹 Requirements
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio (mandatory)
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Lucid Spark, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to create clean, modern, scalable user interfaces
- Experience designing within Salesforce Lightning is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
