📍 Location: Fully Remote (Must work EST hours)

We are hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to support a high-visibility Automation for New Business & Endorsement initiative for a leading insurance client. This role will focus heavily on vendor engagement, cross-functional coordination, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management in a remote-first environment.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the primary liaison between vendor partners and internal Liberty Mutual teams

• Drive coordination across engineering, product, underwriting, and business stakeholders

• Remove roadblocks, manage risks/issues, and ensure roadmap alignment across teams

• Lead Agile project execution, reporting, escalations, and milestone tracking

• Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, security, and technical standards

• Maintain project documentation, governance, and communication across distributed teams

🛠 Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong IT Project Management experience in Agile software development environments

• Proven background managing vendor/third-party integrations and distributed teams

• Expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management

• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and project reporting

• Strong communication, coordination, and escalation management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

• Must be able to work US East Coast hours

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• Insurance or Financial Services industry experience

• PMP or equivalent project management certification

• Familiarity with AI concepts and software delivery processes

• Underwriting or policy automation experience is a plus
