Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience building and deploying end-to-end AI solutions.
- Solid software engineering skills, including Python or similar languages, API development, version control (e.g., Git), and experience with modern development practices.
- Experience with data engineering and analytics, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, SQL or NoSQL databases, and working with structured and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and MLOps practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) for scalable model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Background in applied AI for real-world business problems, including model evaluation, performance optimization, and responsible AI practices such as fairness, transparency, and security.
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
