Job Overview:

The QA Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and tools, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve defects and improve software quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress and results.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay Range: $55 - $60

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
