Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager 2 to support two BSA/AML projects for strategy and execution teams. The ideal candidate will act as the organizational anchor, holding daily round table meetings and ensuring smooth project execution. This role requires strong project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure attendance at daily meetings and follow-ups.
• Send out meeting agendas.
• Record, document, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Set up post-meeting action items.
• Manage project plans using Microsoft Project and Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with external consultants.
  

• 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Experience with BSA/AML (preferred but not required).
• Background in financial services (nice to have but not required).

Pay Range: $35- $40

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
