Job Overview:

The Project Coordinator II is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of client and company projects. This includes tracking and monitoring project progress with respect to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and maintaining frequent communication with team members and management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate deadlines for all deliverables to maintain project flow.
• Monitor team progress and provide updates to management as needed.
• Coordinate client support efforts to address project-related needs.
• Prepare progress and planning documentation when necessary.
• Attend all client and staff meetings related to the project.
  

• Must-Have Skills
• 2 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, or an administrative/project support role.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; spreadsheets, docs, and slides).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting clear status updates and tracking action items.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including ability to maintain accurate trackers and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance and to follow defined processes and timelines.
• Proficiency in google suites

• Prior experience in networking and data centers in a technical capacity
• Previous experiences in big tech
• Experience in procurement operations is nice to have

Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
