Procurement Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, including purchase requisition review and PO management.
• Support sourcing projects across advertising, marketing, and professional services categories.
• Assist with contract administration, including NDAs, service agreements, amendments, and contract requests.
• Resolve supplier and stakeholder issues related to requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.
• Perform tactical procurement activities such as benchmarking, supplier support, and procurement operations.
• Coordinate and manage multiple high-volume procurement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–5 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procurement processes, contracts, and purchase order management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Ariba.
• Knowledge of contract review and administration processes.
• Experience supporting advertising, marketing, or professional services sourcing projects.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Interview Process: One-round panel video interview (45–60 minutes via MS Teams).
