We are hiring for a leading Insurance client seeking a Mail Insert Operator to support high-volume publishing and mail processing operations. 📍 Location: Way, Dover, NH (100% Onsite)
🕒 Shift: 2nd shift - 2:00 PM -10:30 PM

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-speed inserters to assemble and insert materials into envelopes and mailers
• Set up and adjust equipment for different material sizes and job specifications
• Monitor machine operations to prevent jams and ensure smooth production flow
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of inserter equipment
• Verify quality, accuracy, and completeness of inserted materials
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues
• Maintain production records and support daily production goals
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines
🔹 Required Qualifications:
• Prior experience operating high-speed inserters, mail sorting equipment, or similar machinery preferred
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules and job orders
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shift operations
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
