Job Overview:
The Onboarding Operations team is dedicated to delivering seamless and impactful onboarding enablement events from start to finish. This role focuses on standardizing and centralizing the end-to-end registration, enrollment, and attendance tracking processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in high-impact programs and experiences while streamlining manual processes and eliminating inefficiencies. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about creating exceptional onboarding experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex and time-sensitive registration processes for onboarding programs, including scheduling training dates, organizing logistics, and managing inquiries from employees via email and Slack.
- Create and assign all enablement events and courses to respective cohorts.
- Manage communications to virtual and remote employees using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack.
- Oversee collateral and calendaring documents to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in manual processes by leveraging technology platforms.
- Communicate task statuses to project leads and team members, coordinating work across teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality work by managing time effectively, executing undefined processes, and completing ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Support daily operations, including setting up training spaces, managing AV/tech issues, and providing concierge-level service to new hires.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, formatting, vlookups, and pivot tables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Systematic approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in program/project management or coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Curiosity to learn and apply new technologies and systematic approaches.
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools in a business or academic environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Pay Range: $30- $32/hr W2
