Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Media Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing media strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of media planning, market research, and analytics to optimize media performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and budgets.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and media consumption habits.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure media strategies complement campaign messaging.
• Negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal placements and rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Prepare and present media plans and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media platforms.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Media Planner or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media planning tools and software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital and traditional media channels.

Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
