Job Overview:

The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of technologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers working on  technologies.
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure the quality and performance of technical solutions through code reviews and testing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and industry trends.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
  

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role, with expertise in technologies.
• Strong programming skills and experience with relevant programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 salary

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
