Job Overview:

We are seeking up to 8 IT Help Desk Agents to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves providing excellent customer service and technical support, with a hybrid work model that includes both in-office and remote work. Candidates must be located within 50 miles of the Plano, TX office and be willing to commute as required. The position offers a structured training program and flexible shifts to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools to assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Adhere to a hybrid work schedule, including in-office and remote work as required.
• Participate in a mandatory 3-week training program to ensure proficiency in the role.
• Maintain a strong and stable internet connection for remote work, using an Ethernet cable.
• Adhere to assigned shifts and adjust to changes based on business needs.
  

• Strong customer service skills.
• Good understanding of computers and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including off-hours, as required.
• Reliable and consistent performance in a professional environment.
