Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to support the Collateral Release & Intake Team during a system conversion from AFS to Loan IQ. The role involves loan documentation review, inbox management, remediation of converted loan files, report cleanup, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the team Outlook inbox.
- Review and remediate converted commercial loan files.
- Clean up and maintain reports and documentation.
- Support collateral release and intake processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to system conversion.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all loan servicing activities.
Required Skills
- 2 years of Commercial Loan/Loan Servicing experience.
- Experience reviewing loan documentation (Promissory Notes, Collateral Documents, etc.).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook inbox management.
- Project support, reporting, or remediation experience.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Pay Range: $21 - $23
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
