Position Overview
The Business Systems Analyst - Innovation Lab will manage technology requests from intake through closeout while coordinating requirements gathering, stakeholder communications, lab onboarding, approvals, documentation, reporting, and operational follow-up.
The role will partner closely with innovation teams and lab engineers to understand technology use cases, assess requirements, coordinate delivery activities, and ensure requests move efficiently through the Innovation Lab lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage Innovation Lab requests from intake through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for innovation teams.
• Conduct lab consultations, facilitate discovery sessions, and gather business and technical requirements.
• Partner with lab engineers to assess innovation viability and coordinate environment onboarding and delivery.
• Coordinate approval activities and track requests throughout the request lifecycle.
• Monitor provisioning activities, support-ticket resolution, and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and knowledge content using Confluence and other approved tools.
• Ensure compliance with Innovation Lab policies, processes, and operational standards.
• Participate in application enhancements, testing, release activities, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Assist with operational reporting, metrics collection, and status reporting.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and promotional activities.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure action items and follow-ups are completed.
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to keep requests progressing.

Required Qualifications

• Four years of Business Systems, Business Analysis, data, technology coordination, or related experience-or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Experience gathering and documenting business or technical requirements.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings and managing operational processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, testing, and release coordination.
• Familiarity with technology evaluation, onboarding, innovation programs, or technology lab environments.
• Experience supporting proof-of-concept initiatives or emerging-technology programs.
• Experience coordinating technical requests, provisioning activities, approvals, or support tickets.
• Experience with monthly reporting, metrics, and operational communications.
• Banking or financial-services experience.

Pay Range: $48- $50
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
