Job Summary:
The Project Support Admin plays a key role in supporting the Project Management department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Essential Functions of the Job
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for:
- Shop packets
- Quality labels
- Owner Manual/AC packet creation
Cross-Functional Support:
- Serve as a backup for state certification programs and PE stamps.
Additional Duties:
- Actively Demonstrate PTMW’s core values of Credibility, Accountability, Leadership and Fairness.
- Other duties as assigned
At least one year of experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
