General Laborer-Finish, 2nd shift- 3:00pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday

PTMW, Inc is seeking a reliable and efficient laborer to join our Finish team.  The successful candidate have a strong attention to detail, ensuring that our enclosures meet our high standards of quality and safety while also ensure they meet the customer specifications prior to final inspection.   This position does not require previous experience as we will train the right candidate.  This position works Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m.-1:00a.m. in a climate controlled environment.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Review of travel documents and customer specification sheet of incoming product
• Review customer specification prior to assembly
• Build per finish assembly drawings and customer specification sheet
• Final inspection of house for quality and cleanliness
• Fill out finish inspection travel documents as required 
• Follows ISO 9001 work processes & procedures
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.

Required:

• Self motivated conscientious worker
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and physical capacity test, including, but not limited to, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

• General understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Able to use power tools
