This role is focused on delivering exceptional service by fostering collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and maintaining robust client profiles to support the team’s investment analysis. This highly collaborative position will continue to evolve, with the addition of serving as an ‘IT Liaison Support’ for the team.
Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for preparing detailed reports, responding promptly to client inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Provides proactive support to team members to foster collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries, including account changes, and issue resolution (non-sales related items).
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of daily tasks, including transaction
- Updates and manages internal databases and CRM systems, ensuring the accuracy of records related to authorized signors,
- Develops and maintains client cash flow profiles in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the
- Prepares, updates, and reviews bond proceeds management reports in partnership with the relationship management team.
- Creates and maintains regular internal reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support business operations and decision-
- Acts as a main IT Liaison for the Investment Team, overseeing technology support, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
