Job Title: Entry-Level Metal Fabrication Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an Entry-Level Metal Fabrication Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a hands-on career in manufacturing or the skilled trades. No prior fabrication experience is required — we provide training. You will work with experienced team members to learn how to build and finish metal parts safely and correctly.

What You Will Do

• Help cut, shape, and assemble metal parts

• Use basic hand and power tools (training provided)

• Measure parts using a tape measure and simple tools

• Grind, clean, and finish metal parts

• Load and unload materials and finished products

• Check parts for basic quality and accuracy

• Keep your work area clean and safe

• Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or GED

• Interest in hands-on work, manufacturing, or learning a trade

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to read a tape measure and do basic math

• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Any shop, mechanical, or hands-on experience

• Trade school classes or technical training

• Familiarity with hand or power tools

Work Environment

• Metal fabrication shop

• Noise, metal edges, and machinery present

• PPE required: safety glasses

Training & Growth

We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow into roles such as Fabrication Technician II, Welder, Press Operator, CNC Operator, or Build Technician.
