Seasonal Maintenance Technician

Job Description

PTLA Property Management in Lubbock is looking for a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to drive excellence in the presentation and curb appeal of the community.

This position is also responsible for both property and unit maintenance items, unit make-ready preparations and for coordinating with third party vendors. This role works under the direct supervision of the Community Manager and Maintenance Technician. Apply today for immediate consideration! This position is seasonal (November-December) at 25-30 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting, etc.
• Completes resident service requests and provides written documentation of work performed.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance/painting preferred
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
• Handyman experience preferred. Plumbing, electrical and other trade experience is helpful.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
