PTLA Property Management is looking for a dedicated, experienced groundskeeper to join our team! Our groundskeeper helps maintain the exteriors and common areas of our properties in Bellingham. This position works mostly autonomously, visiting multiple properties throughout the day.
Essential Duties
- Cleaning and organizing grounds, with a focus on janitorial tasks including removal of excess trash, debris, pet waste, graffiti, etc.
- Hauling oversized items off property grounds
- Installing and removing marketing materials, including yard signs, flags, and banners
- Performing light landscaping duties, including leaf blowing
- Performing parking patrols and coordinating the removal of illegally parked vehicles
- Assisting in posting notices to residents
- One year of property management or maintenance-related field preferred
- Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and take direction & feedback well from supervisor
- Ability to drive while towing small trailer
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record, (this role requires the use of a company vehicle)
- 8-hr. shift
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Work Location: In-Person
- This job is located in Bellingham, WA (98229) Ability to reliably commute or a plan to relocate is required before starting work
