Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, responsible, individual to work / train in the field of swimming pool maintenance, and eventually learn light repairs. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, a critical thinker, self motivated and able to work independently with impeccable time management skills. We are looking for someone who wants to work and excel at their craft, not just have a job.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Manage a route of residential accounts
- Test and adjust pool/spa water chemical levels
- Perform routine pool maintenance (cleaning, testing, emptying bags & baskets)
- Inspect and make any minor necessary repairs
- Clean and maintain filters
- Keep detailed records of service & all parts used
- Keeping the company vehicle clean & orderly
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year professional pool service experience required
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must be on time & be reliable.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a good driving record (no DUI) and submit a clean DMV record within one week of the hiring date.
- Must be drug free.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 75lbs and perform the duties of the job
- Must have good customer service skills, a positive attitude and be able to interact positively with customers, other employees and Managers.
- Must have a clean, neat and professional appearance.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
